At Comfort Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Place the items safely in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
